This is a dedicated gluten free Micro-bakery and cafe. They also have dairy free and vegan options! The owner had a dairy + gluten allergy and the other head baker had Celiac Disease, so they are very strict in sourcing their products.
They have great Southern Buttermilk Biscuits that are used to make biscuits and gravy (vegan option, too) and biscuit sandwiches!
Their cinnamon rolls are the best I've had since going gluten free 5 years ago.
