AIC certified. Loved the pizza crust here. One of the best I’ve had in Italy. There was a language barrier as our waiter didn’t speak English which made things a little tricky, but I still felt completely safe regarding GF.

Nice food and service! The place has gluten free menu, with many options. We eat normal and gluten free tagliatelle with ragu, it was good, but during our stay in Bologna we had better ones. Recomend to visit there.

GF knowledgable and they take great care - on asking For the GF menu - I was also given a sealed Serviette - first time ever. Ate three courses (Pasta, Pizza and Tiramisu) and was not Glutened. Nice restaurant in the city center. They offer also gluten-free options, but you have to ask for it as it's not on the standard menu, they have a separate GF menu. They really care about things not being contaminated with gluten, even give you a special cutlery. I enjoyed my gluten-free tagliatelle al ragù and others were also very satisfied with their other pasta dishes, pizza or tiramisu. The service was a bit slower, but it was a busy time, so it's understandable. We sat outside and sometimes there were cars going through the narrow street very close to the tables. But overall a good experience.

This was so delicious. I got these Bolognese fry breads and this delicious “PIZZE GOURMET GASTRONOMICHE” which was very unique, and featured some of the best gluten free bread I’ve had. The cross contamination was not an issue as long as I let them know I had celiac. They are AIC certified.

We had lunch and two dinners here while in Bologna. GF fried dough (can’t remember the name) was great. So was the tortellini can creama di parmaggiano and tagliatelle alla bolognese. Dedicated GF utensils. Service and location were very good. Worth a visit!

We had lunch at the Altabella: for both (gf and normal) eaters there was a Great menu. We tried the gf lasagna and the chocolate cake desert, both of them were excellent. You can either sit inside or outside. The location is only a few minutes away from the Piazza Maggiore in the Center of the town.
