We came here because of the app and reviews and had a wonderful experience! The staff is very friendly and accommodating and our GF options were plentiful. The food is excellent - We left full and no one got sick. Definitely recommend!

Seemed like a small hole in the wall place, but waiter spoke English well. Explained the ingredients, i explained what gluten is. Got the monfongo with ropa vieja, it was really good. He put a note on my ticket and i heard him explain it to the kitchen

Got the fish with creole sauce and a salad and it was delicious. I used a celiac travel card in Spanish and had to ask lots of clarifying questions but overall felt pretty safe about my choices. There are plenty of options with fish, steak and chicken dishes. Most of the apps, the tacos, and a lot of the sides are out for celiacs but the salads, mofongo, rice & beans, and baked sweet potato were all safe options. Also all the sauces for the fish were fine. FYI, ask about soy sauce too as it shows up in a few dishes you might not initially think have it.
Overall this is a decent option for sealy-yaks and I left satisfied.
