Casa Caro

I had a great experience at Casa Caro. Although GF options aren't labeled, the staff was very knowledgeable about ingredients used. I had a lunch special with a shredded beef enchilada (the green sauce is gluten free, the red has flour), a carne asada taco, and rice and beans. It was delicious! Bonus points for feeling great afterwards.
