Casa Chapala's Mexican Grill

New restaurant! Authentic Mexican food! Didn't have a gluten free menu so contacted them via Facebook. They were so diligent about checking into everything and even made a change to their spices so they could have gluten free items. They are currently working on getting a new dressing and gluten free bread options. But tacos, gorditas, sopes, and nachos are gluten free!! I'm so excited to try it!

Eta: tried it today 5/27/2024. They were so nice! Let me know that one of the chef's nephew was gluten free and never reacted to the salsa, but the couldn't confirm gluten free so try at your discretion. Tacos were amazing!! As were their chips and guacamole. Will definitely be our regular taco place.
