Waiter had little to no knowledge about gluten. I asked him to ask the chef and he came back saying all the sauces have flour. The drinks are also weak. I got “the painkiller” but tasted like juice. I got a bowl with rice, carnitas and beans. Food is decent but not worth it.

They are very popular for their Carne en su Jugo (Meat in its Juices) soup. Their corn tortillas are gluten-free and made to order. However, everything fried IS NOT GLUTEN-FREE! So be careful.
