The pizza crust is made of casava flour! They don’t even advertise that the pizza is gf. It says it on the bottom of the menu in small print 😯. But I asked and the waiter confirmed: the pizza is gluten (and grain!!) free. Cross contamination doesn’t bother me, so I didn’t confirm that there is no cross contamination. The pizza was delicious, though it wasn’t the most sturdy. Would be back often if I lived in Lisbon!
