Review of Casa Linda Salvadoran Cuisine

They only use gluten free corn flour to make their homemade tortillas and papusas. The have dedicated fryers (meat only and vegetable only). So French fries and fried yuca is GF. While the fried shrimp and children's chicken tenders are not. Food is delicious! Always a great experience!
