Great food and abundance of caution for celiac child. Food suggestions and alternative provided. So tasty even the pickiest eater enjoyed the meal. To go does mean fast, but worth the stop!

Casa took great care with my food and even asked if I would like to change one of the veggies I chose for my enchiladas because the container was opened and might have been cross contaminated. I have celiac disease and felt great after eating here.

Very knowledgeable staff and great food. An Athens institution that is also celiac friendly. I rotate through different salsas and fillings with my “build your own enchiladas” or often get the seasonal selection. Many sides available a well.

They have gluten free symbols next to the items on the menu and the food is delicious!!!

Yummy build your own burritos! Wish there were more choices overall though.

Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free needs and is very accommodating! They offer a good variety of gluten free options including enchiladas, salads and breakfast items. I've never had a cross contamination issue at this restaurant so far!
