Pleasantly surprised at their knowledge of what I could and couldn’t have as someone with Celiac’s. Informed me of sauces I could not have due to the addition of flour in them and offered substitutes. I had a wonderful Cesar salad, and pasta dish with their gluten-free penne. The pasta wasn’t overdone and worked well with the other bee flavors. They had a gluten free flan that I didn’t have because I was so full!
