The head chef has Celiac. I repeat the Chef has CELIAC. This place is not cheap. I paid $36 for a truffle tostada appetizer.. it was heaven, but damn. Anyway the meal was delicious, the atmosphere near perfection, the service stellar. I felt safe and knew I wouldn't get sick and I didn't. If you've got the funds, this is a Vegas can't miss.
