This is a qualified restaurant with a certificate of the celiac association in the region of Valencia. they have a separate toaster for gluten free products. There wasn't gluten-free beer but they did have gluten-free bread and we ordered home red wine and sparkling kind of Spanish Sprite to mix in a jug with ice cubes. For lunch we had chicken, which seemed to be baked previously and maybe previously purchased in a supermarket, two fried eggs and a bit of salad. For appetizers we had four roasted prawns, which were quite expensive but very tasty. No symptoms of cross-contamination, so it is definitely a safe restaurant for celiacs.
