This Columbia related restaurant is excellent. I have eaten here five + times and each time they have accommodated me and prepared food safety. This last time, the chef came out and talked through what I wanted to order (eggplant pasta) and how it had breadcrumbs but he would bake some up individually for me and this meal. It was amazing. The atmosphere is wonderful and they have a rooftop bar.
