They are celiac aware. Can make any dish with gluten free pasta except lasagna and ravioli. I had pasta with meat sauce and it was excellent. They can also can make gluten-free pizza.

Excellent food with very helpful staff. The only GF pasta option is penne and takes about 15 minutes extra as they boil a new pot. The eggplant Parmesan has no pasta, only eggplant, cheese, and tomato sauce. Recommended.
