They do not have dedicated fryers anymore and they also couldn't guarantee that there wouldn't be cross contamination.. All of the flan flavors they had were good. There were not many dishes that were GF on their own besides the Pika Pika, which was delicious. I just needed to order more veggies as a side to replace the tostones.

I would say this is NOT an accommodating place.

We love their food! Had a dish like nachos but with plantains instead of corn chips. Delicious ceviche. Lots of gf options. Our only complaint is they seem closed a lot.

Many of the dishes here are plantain based instead of grain based, and the kitchen seems to use dedicated fryers. The pastelon (lasagna with plantains instead of pasta) is especially good. The staff is also knowledgeable about cross contamination and helpful with navigating the menu.
