Well informed about celiac and able to adjust the dish to make it gluten free. They also have dedicated fryers. Also super tasty! Definitely recommend!

We love their food! Had a dish like nachos but with plantains instead of corn chips. Delicious ceviche. Lots of gf options. Our only complaint is they seem closed a lot.

Many of the dishes here are plantain based instead of grain based, and the kitchen seems to use dedicated fryers. The pastelon (lasagna with plantains instead of pasta) is especially good. The staff is also knowledgeable about cross contamination and helpful with navigating the menu.
