Staff is knowledgeable about celiac and honest about kitchen and prep.

The menu changes semi regularly so the number of gluten free options changes it’s a small menu to start with but usually at least 1 appetizer or more are gluten free and 1/3 of the main menu. Usually staff asks if there is any food allergies or restrictions and even if something isn’t marked they can sometimes make it gluten free like fry it in separate clean oil.

This is probably my wife and mines favorite restaurant. We have eaten here quite a bit over the last year and I’ve never gotten sick but I’m also not the most sensitive. The staff is great and take health restrictions seriously and will knowledgeably answer any question you have to help you make the best decision for your health.
