It’s been 1yr after being diagnosed with severe celiac and I tried Casablanca last night. The staff were great, the chef totally understood what celiac meant and how important it was that they prepared my meal carefully and strictly GF. The food was very yummy. They had a decent amount of GF options. We did arrive at 6pm so they wouldn’t be too busy which must surly help in the kitchen when preparing celiac food free from cross contamination. We will be going back for sure.
