Review of Casati's Modern Italian

A little disappointing. They have gluten free options but they took away the GF menu because of a lot of chef turnover so you have to ask about everything one at a time and have your server go check. At first he said the gnocchi was safe but then found out they dust it with flour. They have an entire vegan menu and being vegan is a choice so that just annoyed me. Ultimately I got the beef tenderloin and the meat was delicious but the sauce was a little watery.
