Everything is Gluten Free! So nice to have the whole menu to choose from. I had the Mt Hood bowl and it was very good. The blueberry hand pie was OUTSTANDING! Flakey and delicious!! They we’re celebrating their 1 year anniversary and gave away the cutest utensil set. Great people, great food!

From the owner
Curtis and Jaimie met July 2021. Curtis already owned the food truck and was about to launch it with pub style food and Jaimie said "How cool, I can't eat any of this though!"
So we took a year to create a new menu that's 100% gluten free and low-fod map friendly. We are grateful for this journey together! And love sharing in the adventure by providing your own personal Alchemy...options to eat what works for your body.

Visiting a 100% gluten-free food truck after a day at Smith Rock was perfect! We got a Mt Shasta Bowl, an Alpine Summit bowl (our fav) and our 6yo got the Black Butte bowl, plus we shared an order of doughnut holes. We sat in the sun on the grass, enjoying the community vibe, and everything was delicious. 100% will visit again!

We enjoyed the Mount Hood & Green River bowls. Both were very good and we liked the options of the base (salad, rice&quinoa or potatoes) we both chose potatoes and they were like yummy French fries and also had salad and pickled carrots. Yum! I’m so glad I called to find them as they weren’t at the address we thought they would be. So glad we found them and we’ll be back again! Dedicated GF!
