Cascade Garden Chinese Restaurant

I loved this restaurant long before I had celiacs. Fast friendly service. Their gluten free items are somewhat limited, but when you miss Chinese food, it's a good way to go.

I have to change my rating from the five stars I used to give this restaurant. They are now under new owners with a new name and change has not served them well. The gal at the front of the house was so frantic and disorganized that she could not answer the phone or make sure she took down a takeout order right (she did it wrong). There is no reason why it should take a full hour to complete a takeout order. With that level of disorganization, I have zero confidence they made the "gluten free" dishes actually gluten free. And the food quality has gotten considerably worse. I now have no reason to recommend this restaurant.

They have a separate gluten free menu but will also modify other dishes to be gluten free. We had their walnut shrimp and a modified chicken with broccoli and both were delicious.
