Don't go here. These cupcakes are not for people with serious issues with gluten (e.g., celiacs).
Tried the GF Vegan cupcake...blech. Maybe I’m not used to vegan cupcakes but it was a very dry, almost bitter, cake.

So disappointed. Don't be fooled by the super cute decor. They only have 1 gf/vegan offering - a chocolate chocolate cupcake - which would be fine IF it was the bomb...which it definitely is not! Dry, not much flavor. I've had amazing gf/df cupcakes so I know they are possible. If Casey doesn't want to bother making a great cupcake for the growing gf/df population then don't even bother having one at all. It just annoys to spend $3.50 on a confection that is subpar. AND I ended up with a stomachache after eating it. I don't know how diligent they are about the preparation.
