Casper is on the Jackson hole mountain At the base of the Casper ski lift, mid mountain. I had a lot of trouble trying to get information about gluten free options on the mountain in advance of our ski trip, so wanted to post what we found. We ate at Casper twice (just happened to be where we were on the mountain at lunch time). My daughter ate corn tortillas with chicken, rice and cheese from their burrito/taco station one day. The second day she ate a piece of grilled chicken with cheese and fruit salad. They have gluten free buns, but she always eats her sandwiches without buns. We asked for a managers help both days. I’d keep an eye on the person making the food. At the taco station, the guy through our corn tortillas onto the same warmer as the flour tortillas, so we asked if he could just give her tortillas that weren’t warmed. The manager said that all of their on mountain restaurants have some gluten free options. The food here was average. About what you expect from ski mountain dining.
