Beware rice is not safe for Celiac! The rice is cooked with bread or a flour tortillas in the bottom of the pot. The kabobs and salads are great, but I was really surprised to learn how the rice was cooked. When you ask the staff they will tell you that the rice is gluten free so they may not fully understand the cross contamination issue.
