Cassa Ceviche

I came here on a trip to PDC because I read some reviews saying they had gf options and knowledgeable staff. The server did not know what was gf but asked the cooks and told me my options. Only one of the main dishes could be made gf by leaving off the chips. When my dish came out it had the chips on it and the server took it back to the kitchen. I saw the cook take the chips off and put it up to be taken out. I didn’t end up eating here and would probably not recommend it for anyone with celiac.
