Cassava uses the Brazilian pao de queijo dough for the cheese balls and empanadas. My friend and I loved the taste and texture. It's crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Not dry at all which is rare for GF items. We tried 5 empanadas and they were all good. The owner is Celiac and recommended other places to try. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite in that area!
