Castano's Italian Steakhouse Restaurant

This restaurant has a customer service problem. They do offer gf options and the food is good. We used to go there often. However, the service on our last few visits has been awful. They act like you are a problem for them. We will not go back.

We were told by the hostess (also the owner) that they had gluten free pasta and could accommodate people with allergies, and that our server would be knowledgeable enough to help me decide what I could order. The waiter (Jim) was extremely rude and seemed perturbed by the questions we were asking. Just to be extra safe, I went with a steak, but somehow ended up sick in the bathroom before we even left the restaurant. If you go here, just make sure to have a waiter who is knowledgeable and willing to help (not Jim!).
