Stayed here for a night and ate in the restaurant for dinner. The menu is small, but the allergens are clearly marked in a table at the back of the menu. Staff can check dishes and are familiar with gluten free so will notify the kitchen for allergies and coeliac. The food was delicious, although a few people in our group had small portions, so a main and a side is recommended. For breakfast they brought over a selection of gluten free treats, and as it was a buffet they brought some eggs and bacon straight from the kitchen to avoid any cross contamination
