Amazing! The crust was probably the best GF crust I've had since going GF 15 years ago. I had the Stromboli which was awesome. Definitely would recommend. I'm super sensitive and didn't have any problems. It was so good I ordered a second one. The only reason for 4 star safety is the combined kitchen.

Gluten free ravioli is an especially nice treat, and in my opinion Castiglias has the best gf pizza in Fredericksburg currently. I’ve never had an issues eating here.

We've had great experiences here and no one in my parties have ever gotten sick. We love the Stromboli and ravioli. Rare treats!

The only item I've ordered are the gluten free calzones. They tasted good, but my daughter and I both got severe stomach aches afterward. We thought (hoped) it was a fluke so returned a few months later, but experienced the same problem. Not sure if it's cross-contamination or what.

I am a highly sensitive Celiac. This is one of my favorite places to go for gf pizza. I ALWAYS make sure to tell them that I am Celiac so they know to take extra precautions. Have been eating here for two years and have never had an issue. Having said that, pizza is the only item, beside the HEAVENLY gf chocolate silk cake, that I have tried.

If you are sensitive to cross contamination, I don't recommend. I have given this place 2 attempts and both times I ended up severely ill for days. The second time the waitress didn't even know they offered a gluten free menu or what that even meant. I will never go back.
