Came here because the FMGF said they had a dedicated fryer. Yes! It’s true. A lot of the dishes can be made GF also. Nothing on the menu is labeled GF.
BEWARE: they drizzle malt vinegar on the fries. You’d think the kitchen would know not to put malt vinegar on a GF order but they did not.
No GF beer, and no mocktails or NA beer either if you/your partner doesn’t drink.
Cesar salad w/o croutons was alright, and made safely in a fresh bowl (per my request).
My husband had the shrimp and grits - he loved it. Was also GF.
Nice place in the DTW airport - was sooo happy to have GF options.
