Everyone said the right things and I believe they're genuinely trying. I did pretty immediately get sick. Hard to keep a menu this size safe.

Cheese potato casserole with breakfast was amazing? Everything was amazing. Don’t do the toast, they can’t hear/toast to avoid cross contamination so thick cold bread. But so many other options

This place isn't dedicated gluten-free but almost everything they serve is naturally gluten-free. They also don't use a griddle so cross-contamination isn't an issue. I had the huevos racheros which was delicious and filling. If you're going for breakfast get there as soon as they open, this place is very popular and fills up fast!

Delicious, very kind and accommodating to celiac and other allergies. Really yummy food.

Delicious gluten free bread and perfect made bacon, egg and sharp cheddar cheese. A quiet late breakfast and service was excellent.

Really delicious gluten free toast!

This was one of the most delicious meals I have EVER had. The staff was incredibly thorough and helpful regarding all of my allergies and understood cross contamination. They double checked every single ingredient with me. This was some of the best service I have ever received. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!
