Review of Catfish Parlour

They have a separate fryer to make gluten free items. My family and I have been eating at catfish parlor for 30 years. last year we went gluten free. finding catfish has been hard. I was and still am thrilled to find out that they make accommodations for those of us who don't eat gluten. i am not celiac however my mother is very sensitive. gets very sick even with cross contamination. she eats here and is fine. :)
