As upgraded fast food, this place is excellent for those with celiac disease. Granted I went in during a slower time, but I ended up with 3 employees in the end pitching in to find me something that was both gluten free and that I could enjoy and tolerate the spice level. The employees were fabulous, the food tasty and nutritious. There are so many more choices that I haven’t tried yet, and would like to go back and try next time. I’m 3 days out from eating here and didn’t get sick either. FYI, even the lamb meatballs are naturally gfree.
Plenty of gluten free options, almost the entire menu! Delicious greens & grains bowls with tasty sauces, dips, veggies, and braised lamb. I told them I'm gluten sensitive and they changed their gloves without me having to ask! I will definitely be eating here often.

I had a chicken bowl. It tasted good, and I didn’t have a reaction. Staff was helpful. I will go back. Nice indoor or outdoor seating.
Horrible experience. Their downloaded menu states items are “certified gluten free”. Made a bowl with said items and got glutened really bad. Thought I’d give Cava a shot after I was glutened before and had an allergic reaction. Not allergy friendly.
I go to Cava at least 3 times a week. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Yes there is pita but it is often kept separate and if you ask the employees they are more than willing to change their gloves! I have been eating here for two years and haven’t gotten sick once!
Always ask for a glove change (here and everywhere). Lots of salad/bowl options. I love the spicy lamb meatballs - not too often you find meat-only meatballs! It’s worth the up charge. Also don’t miss adding the little pickles, Kalamata olives, and tzatziki on top!
