Review of CAVA

menu looks like they should be safe. they only have a few gluten containing items on the menu and towards the end of the prep line. food was delicious, but unfortunately i woke up the next morning with classic Cross Contamination symptoms. super tragic as it could have been a great find. if you’re only intolerant it would work, but it’s not currently celiac safe.
