Review of CAVA

Outpost of Mediterranean chain. No gf menu but understood celiac and did a good job changing gloves, getting food from the back rather than the bins in front, and avoiding cross contamination. Went with my daughter who has celiac and is extremely sensitive to cross contamination.

Staff was nice as well.
