This place isn't gluten free. Had the basmati rice, grilled chicken, pickled onions and Greek vinegrette. Mixed it together and tested it with the nima sensor and came back GLUTEN. I'd be very weary of this place.

CAVA has become a favorite for us. It's easy to do GF here, just have to opt-out of pita and can't have the falafel. So many great flavors and mix-ins make for a lot of variety.

Currently sitting here praying I don’t sick. I had to skip out on one of the things that make my dish because the cross contamination was astronomical. I was super disappointed as this company is one of the places I’ve been able to eat at with my multiple food allergies.

This is a chain location. It is a build your one bowl type of place. I alerted the staff to my dietary restrictions and they instantly acknowledged the need. I was impressed. I had a safe meal and did not get sick. I have Celiac.

I love the grain bowls. They warn there's a chance of CC with the lentils but I haven't noticed a reaction. Sad to say goodbye to the Zoe's Kitchen that was here but CAVA is also great.

**High cross contamination risk. I have eaten here only a couple of times, but I did pickup each time. Yesterday I decided to go inside and get my food through the regular line. I was with my coworkers who really wanted to eat there or I would have left after what I saw. I watched as the ladies working the line scooped things directly onto pitas, touching them with the spoon multiple times. Also, as the pitas moved down the line, the edge rolled over the top of the food containers that were right next to the board. This would prob be ok for people who are strictly gluten sensitive, but for anyone with Celiac, it could pose a huge issue. I asked the first girl to change her gloves and please grab me a different bowl (she had already grabbed one before I was able to ask her to change the gloves). She gave me attitude and was not happy about me asking her to change them. Everyone one else also changed their gloves for me as I went through the line, but I couldn’t stop noticing many points of potential cross contamination. Will not eat there again for sure.
