I made my own bowl, this restaurant is very GF friendly, lots of toppings and sauces to choose from. Allergy listings on website

This place isn't gluten free. Had the basmati rice, grilled chicken, pickled onions and Greek vinegrette. Mixed it together and tested it with the nima sensor and came back GLUTEN. I'd be very weary of this place.

CAVA has become a favorite for us. It's easy to do GF here, just have to opt-out of pita and can't have the falafel. So many great flavors and mix-ins make for a lot of variety.

Cava is incredible, u normally build my own bowl and they will chnage gloves if you ask (atleast at the one i went to) and even without chnaging gloves, everything is served with spoons so it doesn’t interfere

I have eaten here several times and the food is always good. Staff are willing to change gloves once requested, and everything that goes in the bowl or tortilla are handled with spoons or tongs. All items are clearly labeled with top allergens in the restaurant and in the app. One of my favorites.

Edit: I now go here every week! Staff is usually knowledgeable, and it’s been very safe when I order in house and watch them prep.
Delicious, fast Mediterranean with Gluten, dairy, vegan, vegetarian and soy clearly indicated online. The guy who helped me was semi-familiar with Celiac and happy to do his best but wasn’t able to say much about cross-contamination. I took some enzymes with the meal and haven’t felt symptoms in the hour since eating.

I'm celiac and I've been here, the menu is almost completely gluten-free except for Pita and it's safe for celiacs. On request, the waiters will also change their gloves for added safety.
