Review of CAVA

I really wanted to like this place. Their food was excellent. Unfortunately I was severely gluten poisoned with one of their bowls. Not sure if it was the rice or the spicy lamb meatballs. I don’t think the nature of the build your own format lends itself well to preventing cross-contamination.
