Review of CAVA

I have gluten/wheat allergy so when asked about GF they gave me their nutritional guide of ingredients that shows what’s safe and not. You can also Google this chart. I’ve found a bowl I can enjoy without any issues thus far. Most Ingredients seem to be GF just have to read ingredients. No GF menu
