Review of CAVA

They have only two items on the menu that have gluten, the Pita bread and the Falafel, everything else is gluten free. I told them that they need to be careful with cross contamination and they knew what to do to take caution for me. (Update … I did not get sick afterwards and I am unfortunately sensitive).
