I went a week ago to eat at this place, the food was very delicious and the staff very attentive I was attended by a young man who had the name of Joan, he gave me and my husband very good service as well like the rest of the team members.
I went to this place today with some of my friends and I LOVED IT!! You basically make your own bowl by adding rice or lettuce first, then you can add a protein, and then you can add as many toppings as you want and also humus and sauces. Almost everything is gluten free. There is a QR code to see what items contain gluten.
I really loved this place, the food was amazing and had a lot of GF options. Definetly recommended.

The people who work at cava arent very familiar with their gluten allergens as their allergen list doesn’t have wheat listed. I went online to order and the steak and harissa bowl doesnt have wheat or gluten listed as an allergen. I havent felt sick any time ive eaten it. Just dont go in without looking online since staff doesnt know.
