Review of Cavalier Diner

We went for breakfast. This little diner was well-versed in gluten-free protocol. Our waitress informed me that though they have gluten-free bread, their toaster isn't dedicated; that the eggs are always cooked in a pan (not on the griddle); and that the sausage and hash browns are cooked on a part of the griddle that is dedicated to them and not shared with pancakes or sandwiches.
