Symptomatic Celiac

They make pasta in house and you can see large bags of flour when you order at the register. I had called beforehand and spoke with the manager who assured me they could accommodate celiac GF, but after seeing the flour and knowing they did not have a dedicated gluten free area in the kitchen, I only ordered a Pellegrino and salad. I did not get sick as the manager was careful with my order and made it himself, but I would not return.
