We went to this restaurant as part of a tour with Greeking.me, and were worried that my husband with celiac disease wouldn't really be able to eat anything except maybe salad, for fear of cross-contamination.... But after talking to them, he felt pretty confident giving the already-naturally-gluten-free dishes that were offered a try....and he's so glad he did. We had a great dinner of Greek salad, tzatziki, mousakka for me and a special dish of veggies with balsamic vinegar for him since the moussaka had béchamel with flour in it.... souvlaki, especially yummy rice, and fries (yup, dedicated fryer), with yogurt and honey for dessert… the only iffy thing was the dolmades, which were served in an avgolemono sauce that we knew could quite possibly have flour as a thickener put on top of them.... so hubby did skip those. You could ask for them without, now that you know. Anyway, proceed with standard amounts of caution, but if you explain yourself well, they will strive to take very good care of you here. Hubby did not get cross-contaminated at all.
