Absolutely unsafe for celiac. I had a boxed lunch from them with a salad and a cookie. I suspected the cookie was not gluten free, so I skipped that, but figured a Cobb salad could only be messed up so badly. BOY was I wrong. I ended up reacting almost immediately, which means for me there was either severe cross contamination or something that contained gluten in an ingredient. Later I found out that the cookie WAS NOT gluten free (thank goodness I listened to my instincts!) and that they do not take “gluten free” seriously since, and I quote from a manager, “it just means people who don’t want bread, right?” DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR INTESTINES!!!

Really great place to get GF salads. Everything's labeled here, and they also have a great assortment of GF pastries. However, I'd be skeptical about ordering a sandwich on their GF bread. The staff member I talked to had very little regard for my allergy. Did not make me feel comfortable.

Don’t let the name fool you- this place is a great cafeteria style made to order sandwich and salad restaurant with a coffee and baked goods area too as well as some market items including chips, granola, gf pancake mix, and some Nashville delicacies. The sandwiches were great, especially the Mediterranean chicken with fresh mozzarella and duck confit. I think it’s celiac friendly but not certain.
