Glutenhaltiges (v.a. Gerichte mit Ente oder mit eingelegten Schalotten) sind als glutenhaltig gekennzeichnet. Die Bedienung schien sich auszukennen und sagte, die Gerichte mit den glutenhaltigen Schalotten könnten auch ohne diese zubereitet werden. Man kann also aus einem Großteil der Speisekarte wählen. Ich habe Reisbandnudeln (Pho Xoa Me) - ohne Schalotten - bestellt, die lecker waren. Beim Bezahlen habe ich auf dem Display gesehen, dass der Kellner auch "glutenfrei" bei meinem Gericht eingebucht hatte. Ich gehe gern wieder hin.

Sehr leckeres Essen, gute und schnelle Bedienung. Man wird gut über glutenfreie Optionen aufgeklärt, Allergene sind in der Karte aufgeführt es ist nicht teuer und die Portionen sind groß
