Review of Cayo Caribe

I personally had a great experience with them. I showed them my Spanish gluten free card and our waiter definitely understood exactly what I needed. He talked to the chef and they were able to grill me Mahi-Mahi and veggies! The meal was delicious and I didn’t get sick at all! Definitely get a gluten free card that is translated in Spanish to help them understand! I also am a very sensitive celiac for anybody that needs that info.
