C.B. Grille

I felt safe eating here. The manager and waitress seemed to understand celiac and cc by the way they answered my questions. The menu lists dishes that are gf, and there were a number of dishes I could choose from.

CB Grille is excellent. This is, in my opinion, the nicest restaurant in Copper. I had a pork porterhouse, a salad, and sorbet. Their menu marks gf items, but they can customize most items to make them gluten free.
