I ended up trying Cebu out. I had a beyond burger on a lettuce wrap with a side salad, flavorful and delicious. Happy with my decision

At a party and asked if some items were gluten free. Manager says it has a little gluten in the spices you should be fine. I said I have celiacs will anything be available. Otherwise I’d like to order. Manager responds I don’t know you can probably have chicken. I would not recommend this place.

Staff was VERY attentive which was refreshing. But after eating my steak and eggs, I got sick. First time eating here since the diet switch. Won’t go back.

Very attentive waitstaff. Managers who understand celiac.
I had the steak skewers for an appetizer and the flat iron steak as an entree (can't do shellfish or else I would have devoured the octopus).
The food is delicious and the people are great! So glad to have a safe place to eat in the neighborhood! Looking forward to trying the Brick Chicken next time.
Update: on my request, they replaced Omission with Glutenberg. They have taken great pains to be celiac friendly, including gf pasta. I’ve eaten here four times now with zero reaction and very happy taste buds each time.

They didn't have GF bread but they still put regular bread on the table after we told them we were both GF. I asked what on the menu was GF and our waiter said one item which I didn't want. So I asked for the burger and asked if the fries were something I could safely get. He said, "what do you think, can you have them?" I thought it was an odd answer for a place that was supposed to know about GF. Food was okay. Not the best but okay priced. And no reactions to the roasted chicken or burger and mashed.
I spoke to the executive chef who was able to insure me that almost everything on the menu was gluten free! I had a great meal! The empanadas (made with white corn flour) were amazing and the vegetable risotto was to die for! I suggested he create a gluten free version of the menu. Delicious!
