I’m Celiac, my wife is not. We had dinner here twice. Yes, they are gluten friendly but staff are very knowledgeable and make every attempt to accommodate. I had the planked sockeye salmon with a different glaze other than the soya sauce based one. Delicious and no issues for me afterwards. I’m also lactose intolerant and the potatoes & vegetables were done in olive oil. Also offer GF pasta though I can’t speak to them as I didn’t have any. Highly recommend.

While they offer gluten friendly pizza and pasta, I was told that since they make their own pizza dough they could. It guarantee anything would be safe

Went here because of the positive reviews, and was told by the server that they don't make anything safe for people with celiac disease, they just do "gluten friendly". If you have celiac disease in Ucluelet, best to stick to the local grocery store which has lots of options to cook yourself.
No
Staff members knew exactly how to cater for celiac, they make their own pasta and pizza bases in the kitchen. I had GF pizza with no issues
Yes
The waitress was knowledgeable about gluten free options on the menu. All pasta can be substituted with GF penne, pizza crust can be GF and they have GF buns for burgers. Lots of options!
