Symptomatic Celiac

I called ahead and Kitty spoke to the Chef about what options I could have. They can make/alter several dishes on the menu Gluten Free Ingredients and prepared separately from other foods. I had the most delicious meal: filet seasoned perfectly, red garlic mashed potatoes, and vegetable medley. The server was familiar with celiac and both she and the manager were very helpful and pleasant. Communicated with the chef on alterations. This was the most delicious meal I have had since being diagnosed. We will be a regular here!
