They used to be great about cross contamination. Went there a few weeks ago and they got me so sick from a burger. Obviously they didnt take any precautions. I was ill within 15 minutes. This long time customer will never be back

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

Like the rest of the restaurants in the casino, most of the gluten-free options are limited to fish (lobster, salmon, halibut). I don't have diagnosed celiacs, but I am sensitive to some cross-contamination. I ordered eggs, hash browns, and kobe beef patties with fruit. It was delicious and the service was great. Took off 1 star due to few gf options.

They have delicious food. Love their salmon with jasmine rice, their pho soup, and their steak!
